概要(Abstract) 私達は、「植物の形態と機能のグローバルスペクトル」データセットとして、6つの維管束植物形質の種平均値を掲載する6つの維管束植物の形質(植物の高さ、幹の密度、葉面積、LMA(面積あたりの葉重)、乾燥質量あたりの葉の窒素含有量と胞子(種子または胞子)の質量)の種平均値を含んだ「Global Spectrum of Plant Form and Function Dataset」を作成した。これらの特徴は、植物の形態と機能のバリエーションの主要な軸を定義しており、46,047種の 92,159の形質の平均値を含んでいる。 |

概要(Abstract) 劣化した熱帯泥炭地には樹木が乏しく、季節的な洪水や度重なる焼畑に見舞われることも少なくない。このような過酷な環境は、そのため緑化が困難である。過去に植林した種に関する情報は、今後の熱帯泥炭湿地林再生活動の指針となる重要なエビデンスとなる。本研究では、系統的レビューを行い、(1)種の違い、(2)場所や処理による苗の生存と成長、(3)苗の生存率と成長率の予測に植物機能形質を使用する可能性を検証した。 |
